La Vuelta Ciclista de la Juventud contó con tres etapas vibrantes que ofrecieron momentos inolvidables en los departamentos de Flores y Durazno.
La primera etapa, disputada en la Pista de Ciclismo de Trinidad, dejó como ganador al sanducero Nahuel Silveira, quien además se posicionó como líder inicial. La segunda jornada, dividida en dos tramos, tuvo como protagonistas a Ignacio Luján, quien brilló en la contrarreloj, y al argentino Benjamín Turdo, ganador del tramo en ruta y líder momentáneo antes de la última etapa. Sin embargo, fue el trabajo constante y la regularidad de Laurencio Aquino lo que marcó la diferencia. Su actuación sobresaliente le permitió alzarse con el título de campeón este año.
El salteño Agustín Saavedra ganó en la última etapa, quedando tercero en la General final, en tanto que su equipo el Libertad de Salto fue el mejor de todos en la presente edición de la Vuelta de la Juventud.
